How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders $29.99 and up — since every NaviGull bottle is $30, that means free shipping on every domestic order.
For international orders, we ship at a flat rate of $30 USD to the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, and 24+ other countries.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We process orders within 1-2 business days before they ship. Please keep the following in mind:
- Domestic (U.S.) orders arrive in 3–5 business days after shipping.
- International orders arrive in 10–16 business days after shipping.
Once your order is submitted, it immediately enters our automated processing system for packaging and shipment.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info.navigull@gmail.com. Once submitted, orders enter our automated processing system right away, so while we can't guarantee changes after that point, we'll do everything possible to help.
