We want you to love your NaviGull products as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition and undamaged.
- Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any customs or import fees are also the customer’s responsibility.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
We start processing orders right after they’re placed to ensure fast delivery. Please keep the following in mind:
- Once your order is submitted, it immediately enters our automated processing system for packaging and shipment.
- If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info.navigull@gmail.com.
- While we can’t guarantee changes after an order has been placed, our support team will do everything possible to help.
