Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that our water bottles feature pre-designed prints and are not considered custom or personalized items, and are therefore eligible for return under this policy.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info.navigull@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send your item back without first contacting us — items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
- If you are returning an item for any other reason (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

Please send approved returns to the address corresponding to where your order was fulfilled:

We will confirm the correct return address when we approve your return request.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the damage or issue when contacting us.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately. Please contact us at info.navigull@gmail.com to initiate this process.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3 business days and notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
